Dignity-Detroit, the Detroit chapter of DignityUSA., was established in 1974 to provide a unified voice through which LGBT Catholics could address the Church and the wider Detroit community. DignityUSA works for respect and justice for all gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons in the Catholic Church and the world through education, advocacy and support.
