Description

The Prairie Lesbian/Gay Community Records include meeting minutes, general files, bylaws, correspondence, and flyers from the Prairie Gay/Lesbian Community, Praire Gay Community, and the Fargo-Moorhead Area Dignity/Lutherans Concerned groups. The collection includes their newsletters COMMUNIQUE and IMPART, as well as earlier newsletters from other organizations, OUT HERE! (Fargo, N.D., 1982-1983), and IN TOUCH (Bismarck, N.D., 1982).

Hist/Bio Note

A history will be available when the collection is processed. The Prairie Gay Community and Prairie Gay and Lesbian Communities were probably name changes of a single organization, while the Fargo-Moorhead Area Dignity/Lutherans Concerned was probably a separate, religious organization.
